We collect information provided directly by host couples and their guests solely for the purpose of operating and delivering your digital event invitation:

• Host contact information (names, email addresses, phone/WhatsApp numbers).
• Celebration details (ceremony dates, venue locations, itineraries, photos, audio tracks).
• Guest RSVP submissions (attendee names, headcount party sizes, dietary restrictions, messages of blessing).
• Technical operational logs (device types, anonymized session IDs used strictly to prevent duplicate RSVPs).

3. How Your Information is Used

All submitted data is utilized strictly to render your digital invitation, record guest attendance confirmations, and furnish the host with real-time RSVP tallies and exportable catering spreadsheets.

4. Data Security & Storage

We employ industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption in transit and encrypted database storage at rest. High-resolution images and audio tracks are served via secure global Content Delivery Networks with caching optimization.

5. Data Deletion & Archival
